My Review about the Book: I love reading about the Amish and learning there way of life so when this book came up for review I jumped on it. In Hidden Anna turns to her Amish friend, Katie, to help her escape her abusive fiancé, who is well known and becoming more popular by the day. Anna tries to confide in her mom but her mom doesn't believe that Rob could be as bad as she makes him to be. When Anna arrives at Katie's house with bruises she quickly finds a haven. However, Katie's brother is a little hesitant to allow Anna to stay. Can Anna win him over? Will she lure him away from all he has known in the Amish community? Or will she leave him behind for good and go back to Rob and her English ways? She may be hidden from Rob in the English community, how long can she stay hidden and who will discover her true identity? Can she hid from God OR does this bring her closer to God? There are surprises with every turn of the page. If you like reading about Amish then I'm sure you'll like this book as well. This may have been Shelley's first book about Amish but I certainly hope it isn't her last. I am hooked I need to know what happens.
